I Really Shouldn’t…
I realize that all of these things are a necessity, but I grow tired of it all. It interferes with my schedule, involves needles and sticky things attached to chest hair that are pulled off with a sense of disregard, requires money because of insurance deductibles, and serves to remind me that the motorcycle accident will never go away. I honestly appreciate the availability of every resource that helps with my physical wellbeing, and I hate to be a whiner, but there are times when I’d like to be able to focus on anything and everything that doesn’t involve the damage done to my body by the accident. I know that it’s ironic that I’m here typing about it all, but complaint is sometimes a source of release and empowerment. It beats unresolved aggravation, so here I am.
